DocMBS (Doctor Medical Billing Solutions) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send us a form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, phone number, practice or facility name, specialty and any message or practice details you choose to add. We also record the page the form was sent from, the website that referred you and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, utm_source), so we know how visitors find us.
Like most websites, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect general usage information, for example the pages visited and the type of device, using cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request, arrange a consultation with our billing team and tell you about our services. We do not sell your information.
Patient information
Please do not send protected health information (PHI) through this website. Patient data is only exchanged with clients under a signed Business Associate Agreement.
Sharing

How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and delete them on request.
